These textiles provide numerous health benefits in addition to their heating properties. The radiant heat generated by Bio-Warm's textiles will not only warm and relieve aches and pains; they will also aid in the elimination of most of the dust mites (bed bugs) found in mattresses. Dust mites are microscopic insects that live in mattresses. These creatures thrive in humid conditions while gorging on human skin cells. A typical mattress may contain up to 10,000,000 mites. Recent studies have found that dust mites may be a factor in up to 80% of asthmatics, eczema, hay fever hay fever, seasonal allergy causing inflammation of the mucous membranes of the nose and eyes. It is characterized by itching about the eyes and nose, sneezing, a profuse watery nasal discharge, and tearing of the eyes.  and other allergic ailments.

Bio-Warm's President John Park commented, "Bio-Warm's textile emits far-infrared heat to the surface reducing moisture thus killing these unwanted pests. We believe that this product, once introduced on a large scale will serve to be a major catalyst for the future growth and profitability of Bio-Warm Corp. Our textiles are the most cost efficient in the market with an unmatched lifetime warranty. We are hopeful that during the fulfillment of our contract with Datsarom Mattress Company over the next twelve months, because of our quality of product and pricing, we will be able to obtain further purchase orders from Datsarom. We also believe that because of our relationship with Datsarom, we will be able to negotiate similar business arrangements with other major mattress makers such as Serta, Sealy and Simmons in the future."
