) today announced that Robert M. Shaw, Esq., General Counsel, has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Mr. Shaw oversees the Company's legal activities including the prosecution and maintenance of the Company's patents worldwide and negotiations relating to licensing, collaborative agreements and strategic alliances.
