Bio-Solutions International, Inc. (OTCBB:BSII), a developer and marketer of Bio-Plumber(TM) bio-remediation products (http://www.bio-solutions.com), announced today that the company has sold a franchise covering the territory of Southern West Virginia to Whitman's Exterminating Company.

Whitman's Exterminating Company has been in business since 1971 and covers counties in both West Virginia and Virginia. Charlie Whitman founded the company after spending 20 years with Orkin. The company has grown into a full-service pest control company as well as a complete landscaping construction and maintenance company.

Dick Whitman, of Beckley, WV is Vice President and General Manager. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Entomology from West Virginia University in 1970 and has attended and taught numerous industry training courses. He has served as President and Director both the Virginia and West Virginia Pest Control Operators Associations as well as serving in several positions for the National Pest Control Association. Perhaps most importantly, he has co-authored the National Pest Control Association Field Guide to Structural Pest - the industry standard.

The primary purpose of the Bio-Plumber product line in restaurants is to eliminate grease in grease traps. One of the additional benefits is that the pest population is dramatically reduced due to a lack of food (grease) for the pests. Pest control applicators make ideal franchisees since this a complementary product line and they already have existing customers that they service on a regular basis. Bio-Solutions and Whitman's have reached an agreement whereby Whitman's will sell the Bio-Plumber franchise to other pest control companies.
