Bio-Solutions International Announces Environmental Beverages Asset Purchase.

Bio-Solutions International, Inc. (OTCBB:BSII), a developer and marketer of Bio-Plumber(TM) bio-remediation products (http://www.bio-solutions.com), announced today that the company has acquired the H3O Sport and Lunch Pak bottled water brands from H3O Holding Corporation, a company which manufactures and markets beverage and consumer products.

Despite the growth in bottled water sales, there is a market for targeted bottled water brands in specific niches. H3O Sport is a branded water beverage marketed towards Generation X consumers.

Lunch Pak is a flavored water beverage marketed toward young school children packaged in an environmentally friendly, p.e.t. stand up plastic pouch. "With land fills overflowing and reduced packaging protocols being required around the world to reduce plastic packaging weights by as much as 75%, management feels that the Lunch Pak will be in a position to capitalize on this mandate," stated Lou Elwell, President of Bio-Solutions. The H3O Sport and Lunch Pak brands will allow Bio-Solutions to expand into clean water sales from its existing business of eliminating wastes in water.
