It is anticipated that the funding will be in place within 7 to 10 days.

The investment capital will be used to complete several exciting acquisitions for which BSLM had previously executed Letters of Intent for and recently announced through its news releases. It has anticipated that once completed, these carefully negotiated acquisitions will add significantly to the existing revenue streams of BSLM and present exceptional projected annual growth.
