Bio-Reference Laboratories, Inc (Nasdaq Small Cap-"BRLI"), announced a contract with HealthStream, Inc., a leading provider of online web-based healthcare education.

Under the terms of the Agreement, CareEvolve.com, BRLI's eHealthcare connectivity portal, will be able to provide CareEvolve physicians with immediate, on-demand Continuing Medical Education credits along with access to current healthcare training and instructional materials. Through CareEvolve.com, these materials will be accessible to CareEvolve.com physician members along with Web-based electronic payer enrollment, claims submission, remittance advice, eligibility verification, secure messaging, prescription services, lab reporting, financial services and the many other features that will enable the physician to provide Better Healthcare through Better Communication.

HealthStream's vision is to be the leader in online healthcare education and training.
