:BPXS), a leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of safety medical needles, today announced that it has entered into a multi-year agreement with Premier, Inc.

Premier is a national healthcare alliance that provides group purchasing services to approximately 1,600 not-for-profit hospitals.

Under the terms of the agreement, Premier's members will have access to all Bio-Plexus products beginning immediately. The products covered are the PUNCTUR-GUARD(R) safety blood collection products including Bio-Plexus' newest product, the PUNCTUR-GUARD(R) Winged Set for Blood Collection. This agreement follows an 18-month evaluation agreement with Premier during which time the Bio-Plexus safety products were evaluated by Premier member organizations.
