Bio-Matrix Scientific Sees Completion of New Stem Cell Cryogenic Labs in December.


SAN DIEGO -- Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Inc. (Pink Sheets:BMXP BMXP Boston Metropolitan Exchange Point ) announced today that it anticipates its Stem Cell stem cell

In living organisms, an undifferentiated cell that can produce other cells that eventually make up specialized tissues and organs. There are two major types of stem cells, embryonic and adult.
 Cryogenic Labs will be completed by December this year. The Company believes it will see revenue from stem cell banking within the first quarter of 2006.

Bio-Matrix' new 15,000 sq. ft. facility, located in the heart of the San Diego biotechnology corridor, is currently in the process of being upgraded in order to house the Company's state-of-the-art secure Cryogenic Stem Cell Bank, 3 Research labs, aseptic aseptic /asep·tic/ (-tik) free from infection or septic material.
