Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Submits Letter of Intent for Grant though the Department of the Army.

(Pink Sheets:BMXG) is in the process of applying for a research and product development grant from the Department of the Army. The Company is seeking these grant funds for use in the development of several technologies aimed at metabolic monitoring.

 Dr. Phil Watts, the Company's Director of Research and Development, Bio-Matrix Scientific intends to develop medical devices that will allow non-invasive bio-systems for monitoring, measurement and control. Initially, the Department of the Army grants being applied for by the Company could lead to devices designed for the U.S. Army.
