Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Contracts Executive Recruiting Firm in Search of CFO.

San Diego includes the unincorporated communities of La Jolla and Spring Valley. Coronado is across the bay.  -- Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Inc. (Pink Sheets:BMXG) has contracted an executive search firm to identify candidates for the role of Chief Financial Officer for the Company. To this end, the Company will work with its executive search firm to identify a short list of candidates that have public company reporting experience. The selected candidate will assist Bio-Matrix in preparing all the filings that need to be made in order to be considered a "fully reporting public company." Once the position is filled, the Company anticipates beginning the process of filing to become a fully reporting public company.

Bio-Matrix President Brian Pockett said, "This represents the Company's first step towards becoming a fully reporting company. A good CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  will help guide the Company in the right direction, making our future plans of becoming fully reporting attainable in the near future. We feel the Company will have greater credibility in the investment banking community once fully reporting status is achieved and will allow us to reach the Company's production and manufacturing goals sooner through increased financing capability."
