Testing consists of the following: Gamma Radiation Sterilization Testing, Pull Testing for bonding, Equipment Validation and Packing -- ISTA certified age & temperature testing. Once this is completed Bio-Matrix anticipates production, sales, and marketing of these Medical Devices will begin. FDA: Bio-Matrix is in the GMP process (Good Manufacturing Practices). To assist in the GMP documentation, Bio-Matrix has contracted with Emergo Group, an FDA Consulting Group out of Clearwater, FL. The Company believes the GMP process will be completed in mid-2006. Bio-Matrix will be able to sell its medical devices starting in 2006 while this process is going on. Veterinary Instrumentation for Regenerative Medicine in Animals: This represents a completely new line of stem cell extraction devices specifically for veterinary regenerative medicine. The Company has designed hubs and steel tip-styles specifically developed for animals. The Company is currently Beta testing these instruments. While it may not initially be apparent, the technology used in veterinary instruments dovetails into the Beta testing of the human instrumentation developed by the Company. This serves to advance designs for future new applications of the Company's technology. New Facilities: a.) Cryogenic Labs To date, two Cryogenic Labs have been completed. The first of eight Cryogenic storage tanks has been installed and is under going testing. b.) Class 10,000 Clean Rooms Currently, several class 10,000 clean rooms are under construction and should be completed by the end of February or early March 2006. c.) Engineering Lab The Company anticipates that its new engineering lab should be completed by the end of January 2006. This facility will allow Bio-Matrix to bring in house its medical device design and development activities.
