Bio-Imaging Technologies' CapMed Division Partners with Dr. Notes to Market Dr. Notes' HealthyPass Portable Electronic Medical Record.

NEWTOWN, Pa. -- CapMed Establishes Private Label Version of Personal HealthKey(TM)

Bio-Imaging Technologies, Inc. ("Bio-Imaging") (NASDAQ NMS: BITI) today announced that its Personal Health Management Division, CapMed, has partnered with Dr. Notes, Inc. to support the Dr. Notes HealthyPass, a portable and secure personal health record that will work in conjunction with their clinical management software.

The Dr. Notes HealthyPass, a private-label version of the CapMed Personal HealthKey(TM), is a secure USB-enabled key chain device that will enable the secure communication of health information between patients and providers. This will allow patients to receive the Continuity of Care Record from their providers, save this information into their personal health record, add self-reported data to the record, and communicate this information between providers via the USB-port available on most computers. Examples of data that can be stored on the Dr. Notes HealthyPass include the continuity of care record, conditions, medications, lab values, allergies, family history, medical images, insurance plan information, demographics, and patient-education in the context of the patient's needs.
