Bio-Fluorescent Technologies announces amendment to press release dated Oct. 24, 1995.


SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 29, 1995--Per our Nov. 27, 1995 8K, this is an amendment to our press release dated Oct. 24, 1995, in which BFTI BFTI - Brownfields Tax Incentive (OTC BB:BFTI) announced Wyding Holdings Inc. as a wholly owned subsidiary.

We have acquired the exclusive marketing rights from Wyding, however, at this point, we have elected to complete our due diligence prior to purchasing the company.
