Bio-Dental Technologies announces second quarter results.SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 7, 1994--Bio-Dental Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ NASDAQ in full National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations U.S. market for over-the-counter securities. Revenues for the quarter grew to $8.3 million compared with $4.1 million for the like period in fiscal 1994. Earnings for the quarter decreased to $360,894, or $0.06 per share, vs. the $387,644 reported for the second quarter of last year. For the six months ended Sept. 30, 1994, Bio-Dental's revenues reached $15.6 million compared with $7.7 million for the like period last year. Earnings for the six months decreased to $532,046, or $0.08 per share, vs. the $712,275 reported for the like six-month period last year. While the second quarter earnings of $360,894 are down slightly as compared to the like period last year, they are up from $171,152 for the first quarter of fiscal 1995.
