The name change is effective May 26, 2004 and the new trading symbol is OTCBB:COGL COGL Cut Out, Glue, and Label . The company's new CUSIP number is 163076 10 2.

Management and directors of the company believe this name change was necessary to more accurately reflect the focus of the company.
