Bio Standard Corporation Announces First Acquisition.

Bio Standard Corporation (OTCBB "BSTN") announced today that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire up to 80% of Palm Beach Rejuvenation Centres, Inc. (PBRC), Palm Beach, FL.

PBRC is a rapidly growing firm engaged in the business of Anti-Aging Therapies with emphasis on Human Growth Hormone and Testosterone Therapy.

Since inception in December, 2000, PBRC has experienced rapid revenue growth to $757,600 during the quarter ended March 31, 2002, from $22,200 during the same quarter of 2001. PBRC's gross profit margins are 55% and PBRC anticipates continued rapid growth in revenues.

The current human growth hormone market is estimated to be approximately $2 billion and is shared by Kabi, Genentech, Eli-Lilly, Serono and Pharmacia. It has been widely reported that a significant number of the adult population over 40 is growth hormone deficient. In August, 1996, the FDA approved Human Growth Hormone for the use in adult patients for the first time. Prior to FDA approval, HGH was only authorized for use to promote growth in short-statured children with HGH deficiencies. Physicians now prescribe HGH for hormonal deficient adult patients and to delay to the aging process in adults.

Clinical studies conducted by Dr. Daniel Rudman, an endocrinologist from Madison, WI, were published in the New England Journal of Medicine on July 5, 1990, with clinical findings on human growth hormone and its effects on aging. Using volunteers with an average age of 71 for his studies, Dr. Rudman, administered synthetically manufactured HGH to replicate what the human pituitary usually produces naturally. Dr. Rudman's published study reported a reversal of the aging process after six months of injections in the group receiving the HGH. Dr Daniel Rudman in the New England Journal of Medicine reported that, "The effects of six months of human growth hormone on lean body mass and adipose tissue were equivalent in magnitude to the changes incurred during 10 to 20 years of aging." The group that didn't receive any HGH continued to age normally.

Bio Standard anticipates acquiring the initial 5% of PBRC within 45 days thru an exchange of shares and up to an additional 75% to be acquired upon PBRC's revenue growth and of resulting operations. BSTN believes that HGH and testosterone therapies rank amongst the highest fastest growing segments of the anti-aging and life extension therapy markets.
