Bio Standard Closes Purchase of 21% and Signs Agreement to Acquire Additional 59% of Palm Beach Rejuvenation Centres.

Bio Standard Corporation (OTCBB: BSTN) announced today that it has closed the agreement to acquire 21% of Palm Beach Rejuvenation Centres (PBRC) in a share exchange. We have also signed a related two-year option agreement to acquire an additional 59% of PBRC.

This will result in an 80% ownership of PBRC by BSTN. The purchase price of the additional 59% is $16 million payable in cash or BSTN shares. The PBRC is a fast growing biotech company engaged in the business of marketing Human Growth Hormone and Testosterone Therapy.
