Bio Standard Corporation (OTCBB:BSTN) announced today that Palm Beach Rejuvenation Centres, Inc. (PBRC), Palm Beach, FL, had sales revenues of $2,100,000 during the six months ended June 30, 2002, compared to $376,000 during the same period of 2001.

PBRC's gross margins continue to be approximately 55%.

Bio Standard announced on June 26, 2002 that it had entered into a letter of intent to acquire up to 80% of PBRC in a share exchange. PBRC is a rapidly growing firm engaged in the business of Anti-Aging Therapies with emphasis on Human Growth Hormone and Testosterone Therapy, through its licensed medical clinic in Palm Beach, FL and nationwide through its web site "www.hghtest.com".
