Binswanger Successfully Finds Alternate Use for Sasol North America's Facility in Austin, Texas.

DALLAS -- Representing the seller, Sasol North America, Inc., Binswanger is pleased to announce the sale of a 131,818 sq. ft. facility on 40 acres in Austin, Texas. The sale price was $14,600,000.

The buyer, Leander Independent School District, is the second fastest-growing large school district in Texas. They place a unique focus on a world-class curriculum, ethics, and the involvement of both parents and the community in the educational process. Leander Independent School District purchased this property for use as an elementary school.
