Binswanger Sells Former Titmus Optical Property in Petersburg, Virginia.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Binswanger is pleased to announce the sale of a 134,576 sq. ft. building with acreage located at 3811 Corporate Drive in Petersburg, Virginia.

Old Mansion Foods of Petersburg, Virginia purchased the property. Since 1877 Old Mansion Foods have been importers and manufacturers of coffee, tea, spices and seasonings for industrial and foodservice use.

According to Dale Patton, President of Old Mansion, the property will be serve as their headquarters and be used for the manufacture and warehousing of their line of spices.

Titmus Optical, a leader in safeguarding vision for almost 100 years, sold the property as they relocated their operations.
