Binswanger Orchestrates $3.2M Investor Sale in Hickory, NC.

, N.C. The sale price was $3,200,000.

This property had belonged to the Martel family since Charles Martel's grandfather built it 30 years ago for the First National Bank of Catawba County. Wachovia later acquired the local bank and net leased the property. This lease expired ex·pire

The Charles Martel Family Trust engaged Binswanger in 2004 to provide leasing and investment advisory services advisory services
