Binswanger Negotiates $3.75M Sale to Lifetime Products in Columbus, Ohio.

TOLEDO, Ohio -- Representing the buyer, Binswanger recently arranged the sale of a 231,697 sq. ft. facility with acreage from Deere & Company to Mower Leasing Co., LLC, the real estate investment arm of Lifetime Products, Inc. The property is located at 710 Georgesville Road in Columbus, Ohio. The sale price was $3,750,000.

The buyer, Lifetime Products, Inc., is the world's leading manufacturer of folding tables and chairs and also makes a number of lifestyle products including portable basketball systems. This Georgesville Road facility, which will serve as a distribution warehouse, is the Clearfield, Utah-based company's first foray into the Columbus market.
