Binswanger Negotiates $3.3M Sale of Former Water Pik Property in Loveland, CO.


DENVER -- On behalf of the seller, Binswanger is pleased to announce the sale of Water Pik, Inc.'s 140,870 sq. ft. building with acreage to SiteStone Holdings, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

. The property is located at 609 14th Street SW in Loveland, Colorado The City of Loveland is a home rule municipality located in Larimer County, Colorado (USA). Loveland is the 14th most populous city in the State of Colorado. The United States Census Bureau estimates that in 2005 the population of the City of Loveland was 59,563,[1] . The sale price was $3,300,000.

In September of last year health care products manufacturer and developer Water Pik, Inc. consolidated these operations into a larger facility in nearby Fort Collins and some overseas in China.

The buyer, SiteStone Holdings, LLC, is a local developer who plans to reconfigure To change the status of something.  the building to accommodate multiple tenants. Loveland-based Technology Driven Products, Inc. has already signed a lease for nearly 42,000 sq. ft.
