Binswanger Launches New Corporate Identity Initiative.

PHILADELPHIA -- In order to provide a more unified and consistent global presence, Chesterton Blumenauer Binswanger, a group providing Real Estate Services around the world is rebranding simply as Binswanger. In the United States the group has been typically known as Binswanger/CBB.

David Binswanger, President of the Binswanger Companies explained that, "Binswanger's strategic alliances with both Chesterton and Blumenauer served us well in creating a strong international presence and in providing for competition on a global scale. However, the fact that we highlighted different brand names in different parts of the world based on their historical value ultimately became more confusing than beneficial. Having spent the last decade creating an infrastructure designed to track all processes centrally and to create consistent quality worldwide, it only makes sense to unify the brand under one name."

Chesterton was forced to close down its English operations a few weeks ago. When asked whether this was the reason for the change, Binswanger responded, "This change has been underway for over a year. We have been working hard and had already established new offices in Europe, as well as augmented operations in Asia. And our growth in the US and Latin America continues."

Simultaneously with this announcement, Binswanger launched a new web site (www.binswanger.com) designed to give its clients better access to the group's information base. "Project Connect," which allows Binswanger's clients to manage work effectively across geographies, cultures and time zones has also been greatly enhanced.

Binswanger also announced a real estate technological first, "Binswanger Available." This internal system allows Binswanger's professionals to access information on any property or project Binswanger has been or is currently involved in. "It's hard to believe, but an employee can take a picture of a building in Jaguariuna, Brazil and immediately have it in the database, where it can be accessed via the web by people in Mumbai and Boston, Massachusetts immediately. Our ability to provide relevant solutions to our clients' needs just became a lot more efficient," said Binswanger.
