Binswanger Expands Domestic Presence with New Phoenix, Arizona Office.

PHOENIX -- Binswanger is pleased to announce the opening of their Phoenix, AZ office. This office exemplifies Binswanger's commitment to the provision of broader coverage through continued domestic expansion. Plus, it will house two of our new top-level executives Co both acknowledged real estate specialists.

William J. Graham will head up the new office and bring with him immeasurable experience gleaned from a long legacy of expertise in the real estate business. Mr. Graham performed brokerage services for almost 20 years at Coldwell, Banker & Co. (now CBRE) and was instrumental in their expansion into Colorado, Nevada, Minnesota, Missouri, Illinois and Texas. An active member of The Counselors of Real Estate since 1964, he has worked with top-notch companies and organizations, such as Opus, Westcor, Del Webb, Suncor, Dayton Hudson, and Great West Life, as a provider of independent development, brokerage and counseling services for the past 30 years. Mr. Graham is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Business Administration.

Also located at the site is Charles S. Pawlak, Binswanger's recently appointed Vice President and Managing Director, Technology Group. Binswanger has been the leader in the technology and semiconductor industry and Mr. Pawlak leads a team of experts proficient in and cognizant of the special challenges and nuances unique to clients in the technology fields. The former Director of Corporate Real Estate and Site Development for Intel brings over 30 years of hands-on real estate experience to Binswanger. At Intel, Mr. Pawlak led the site selection and incentive negotiations for numerous manufacturing and research and development/office sites located throughout the US, South America, Europe, Asia, India, China and the Middle East. He also spearheaded the creation of their Corporate Real Estate group and managed a real estate portfolio of 50 million sq. ft. located in 203 cities and 57 countries.
