Binswanger Brokers Two Leases for Gujarat Glass in New Jersey.


PHILADELPHIA -- Binswanger is pleased to announce that Gujarat Glass International, Inc. has leased 100,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space at 3100 North Mill Road in Vineland, New Jersey For other uses, see Vineland (disambiguation).
Vineland is a city in Cumberland County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the city had a total population of 56,271.
, plus 6,130 sq. ft. of office space at the Marlton Executive Center in Evesham Township, New Jersey Evesham Township is a Township in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township population was 42,275.

Evesham Township dates back to November 6, 1688, when it was formed as Eversham.

Gujarat Glass, a leading manufacturer of glass packaging for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, is a subsidiary of Mumbai, India-based Piramal Enterprises Limited. The company recently acquired certain assets from the Millville-based Glass Group, Inc, including manufacturing operations Manufacturing operations concern the operation of a facility, as opposed to maintenance, supply and distribution, health, and safety, emergency response, human resources, security, information technology and other infrastructural support organizations.  in Williamstown and May's Landing, New Jersey, as well as in Flat River, Missouri. The new Vineland facility will serve as the company's main U.S. distribution center. The building is centrally located with respect to the company's other New Jersey facilities and also offers strategic port access and expansion capabilities.

The landlord, Vineland Construction Company, is a division of National Freight and has significant real estate holdings around the country.

In a separate transaction, Gujarat signed a long-term lease for 6,130 sq. ft. of office space at 10 Lake Center Executive Parkway in Marlton, which will serve as its new corporate U.S. headquarters. The company will relocate re·lo·cate

Binswanger acted as sole broker in both transactions.
