Binswanger Arranges Sale of Former Wheaton Industries Property in Millville, New Jersey.


PHILADELPHIA -- Representing the seller, Alcan Global Pharmaceutical Packaging Inc., Binswanger is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 163,572 sq. ft. facility at 1101 Wheaton Avenue in Millville, New Jersey Millville is a city in Cumberland County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the city population was 26,847. Millville, Bridgeton and Vineland are the three principal New Jersey cities of the Vineland-Millville-Bridgeton Primary Metropolitan Statistical .

Alcan Global Pharmaceutical Packaging Inc., a world leader in pharmaceutical and medical packaging, was a long time owner of the property. They sold the facility in December 2006 and consolidated their operations in Millville and other New Jersey sites.
