Binswanger Appoints New Vice President.

PHOENIX -- Binswanger is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Douglas S. Heller, Vice President. Mr. Heller will be performing brokerage services to the San Francisco Bay Area/Silicon Valley, Arizona and New Mexico from Binswanger's new Phoenix, Arizona office.

Mr. Heller joins Binswanger from Colliers International, where he worked as part of their Corporate Solutions group. Before Colliers Mr. Heller served in various top-level positions, all out of San Francisco, California, at some of the most highly recognized companies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and KPMG Consulting, where he provided financial services consulting to clients in the US, Europe and Asia. He also worked in corporate strategy with Visa International. Additionally, he has vast experience as an independent advisor to a number of corporations specializing in a wide variety of business practices, such as financial services, security software services, biotechnology, and aviation.

Mr. Heller received a BA from Brown University, an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, and studied at the National Taiwan Normal University in Taipei. He speaks fluent French and Mandarin Chinese.

Additionally, William J. Graham will head up the new office and bring with him immeasurable experience gleaned from a long legacy of expertise in the real estate business. Also operating out of the site is Charles S. Pawlak, Binswanger's recently appointed Vice President and Managing Director, Technology Group. The former Director of Corporate Real Estate and Site Development for Intel brings over 30 years of hands-on real estate experience to Binswanger.
