Binswanger Appoints New Executive Vice President, Tenant Representation and Transaction Services.

CHICAGO -- Binswanger is pleased to announce the addition of Steven R. Baron, Executive Vice President, Tenant Representation and Transaction Services to their Chicago office.

Prior to joining Binswanger, Mr. Baron served as Executive Vice President of Prime Group Realty Trust, where he oversaw all leasing activities for their downtown Chicago office portfolio. With over 30 years of office and industrial real estate industry transaction experience, Mr. Baron has been responsible for the oversight and direct leasing activities of many of Chicago's largest and most prominent office buildings, including 77 West Wacker, One IBM Plaza, AT&T Corporate Center and all the office buildings in Illinois Center developed by Metropolitan Structures. He has also been involved in negotiations for many of the largest office lease and industrial transactions completed in the Chicago area, developed the 300,000 square foot Hyundai warehouse in Aurora and redeveloped the 770,000 square foot office building at 180 North LaSalle Street.
