Binswanger/Klatskin team closes 104,300 s/f in deals.

Binswanger/Klatskin's team of David Knee and Robert Kossar, executive vice presidents, and Chris Hile, vice president, recently closed two transactions in Hillside and Bayonne, N.J. totaling 104,300 s/f.

Binswanger/Klatskin was the sole broker in the sale of a 62,000 s/f industrial, light assembly facility acquired by QPS Die Cutters & Finishers, Inc. at 475 Bloy Street in Hillside, N.J. Suenest Realty Company was the seller in this transaction. QPS Die Cutters & Finishers, Inc. was originally located in Hoboken, N.J.

The company was searching for a site within close proximity to its employment base.

"From this location, QPS Die Cutters & Finishers is able to retain a large portion of their labor force--a factor that was important to the company in searching for relocation space, and we are pleased to have been able to help fulfill their requirements," said Kossar.

At 51-53 Hook Road in Bayonne, N.J., Binswanger/Klatskin represented the tenant, Deacon Transportation Corporation, a trucking/ distribution company, in the lease of 42,300 s/f of space. Hartz Mountain is the landlord of this distribution facility.

"All of Deacon Transportation's needs are accomplished with this transaction," said Hile.
