Binswanger/Klatskin team closes 104,300 s/f in deals.


Binswanger/Klatskin's team of David Knee and Robert Kossar, executive vice presidents, and Chris Hile, vice president, recently closed two transactions in Hillside and Bayonne, N.J. totaling 104,300 s/f.

Binswanger/Klatskin was the sole broker in the sale of a 62,000 s/f industrial, light assembly facility acquired by QPS (Queries Per Second) The number of database transactions that can be handled in one second.  Die Cutters & Finishers, Inc. at 475 Bloy Street in Hillside, N.J.
