Binswanger/CBB proudly announces the sale of a major, one-story, 978,000 sq. ft. building on 100 acres located in Piney Flats, Tennessee to HSN.

HSN, the pioneer of electronic shopping, purchased the property for use as a catalog distribution center. Founded in 1977, HSN allows customers to shop for an array of products, day or night, from the comfort of their own homes. HSN offers a selection from over 22,000 products on their 24-hour-a-day televised broadcast and on HSN.com. Headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL, HSN is seen in over 81 million US households and processes over 70 million calls annually. Internationally, they have operations in Germany, Italy, Japan and China.

The seller, FAC Acquisitions, LLC, plans to consolidate their own catalog distribution in other areas.

A Binswanger spokesman indicated that the sale of the Piney Flats property was the largest industrial real estate transaction in Tennessee in the past decade.
