 Road Property, Inc., Binswanger/CBB recently negotiated the sale of a 134,735 square foot building on 53 acres in Urbana, Ohio Urbana is a city in Champaign County, Ohio, United States, 47 miles (76 km) west of Columbus. Urbana was laid out in 1805, and for a time in 1812 was the headquarters of the Northwestern army. Urbana was named after a town in Virginia. .

The property is located at 1570 Muzzy Road. Sale price was $1.2 million.

Navistar International Navistar International Corporation (Pink Sheets: NAVZ) (formerly International Harvester Company) is a manufacturer of International brand commercial trucks, MaxxForce brand diesel engines, IC Corporation brand school buses, Workhorse brand chassis for motor homes and step vans,  formerly occupied the property, operating an assembly plant for electrical truck harnesses.
