Binswanger/CBB Appoints Patrick Kelley as President, Commercial Sales and Leasing Division - Mid-Atlantic Region.

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 5, 2003

Binswanger/CBB announced today the appointment of Patrick Kelley as President, Commercial Sales and Leasing Division for the Mid-Atlantic region.

In addition to overseeing the commercial division, Mr. Kelley will grow the organization's business and client base in downtown Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs.

Having begun his real estate career 16 years ago at a small firm in Center City Philadelphia, Mr. Kelley brings a wide range of experience and talent to Binswanger/CBB. Now a highly diversified diversified (di·verˑ·s  professional, he has remained intimately involved in the region's commercial real estate market.

"Patrick's grasp of the Greater Philadelphia market and his reputation for success among regional corporations make him a tremendous asset to our commercial division," said John K. Binswanger, Chairman.

Most recently, Mr. Kelley served as Director for the Brokerage Services Group at Cushman & Wakefield. In 1996, he founded and ran his own firm, Kelley & Associates, during which time he represented several world-renowned companies such as Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Merrill Lynch Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. (NYSE: MER TYO: 8675 ), through its subsidiaries and affiliates, provides capital markets services, investment banking and advisory services, wealth management, asset management, insurance, banking and related products and services on a global basis.  and Dean Witter Dean Witter may refer to:

Equally effective on national and regional levels, Mr. Kelley also handled all of the exclusive leasing for King of Prussia-based O'Neill Properties - Pennsylvania's leading, private real estate development company. Mr. Kelley sold or leased 5 million sq. ft. of space on behalf of O'Neill over the five-year period, securing tenants such as Merck, GE Capital and Prudential Prudential is the name of two different companies and buildings named after them:
