Binswanger/CBB proudly announces Alan Blom as the newly appointed Vice President, Realty Group South. An expert on the southern real estate market and a native of Charlotte, Mr. Blom will draw on his deep-seated knowledge of the area when representing clients' with commercial real estate and consulting needs. He will operate out of Binswanger/CBB's Charlotte office.

Mr. Blom possesses an abundance of experience in commercial real estate in the Charlotte area, where he has successfully represented owners, tenants and purchasers/investors alike.

Prior to joining Binswanger/CBB, Mr. Blom worked as an Account Executive with CoStar Group, tracking commercial real estate information and growing a North Carolina customer database by identifying, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities. He additionally worked as a broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial, where he represented corporate real estate clients with consulting issues as well as the leasing and sales of commercial facilities. Mr. Blom also served as Assistant Vice President at First Union National Bank, where he specialized in many areas from sales to trend analysis.

Mr. Blom received his Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
