 Properties, Ltd., the operating affiliate of Berwind Property Group, Ltd., has named Binswanger as exclusive agent for 2660 Audubon Road, a four-story, 120,000 s/f office building approved for development on a 10-acre parcel in Lower Providence Township, Pennsylvania Lower Providence Township is a township in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States, about 17 miles west of Philadelphia. The population was 22,390 at the 2000 census. Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 40.
. The property is situated with approximately 800 feet of frontage on Route 422, directly across from the entrance to Valley Forge Valley Forge, on the Schuylkill River, SE Pa., NW of Philadelphia. There, during the American Revolution, the main camp of the Continental Army was established (Dec., 1777–June, 1778) under the command of Gen. George Washington.  Corporate Center, near the interchange ramp for the Route 363 (Trooper Road) exit of Route 422.
