Prior to joining Bingo.com, Mr. Black was Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded Blue Zone, Inc., a leading developer of online convergence applications.

In his new role at Bingo.com, Mr. Black is responsible for the financial operations of the company and will provide leadership in many areas, including investor communications, financial reporting, treasury management, and strategic financial developments.
