Bingham expands. (Law).Bingham McCutchen LLP, the 850-attorney law firm that acquired boutique Riordan & McKinzie LLP on July 1, is beefing up. Robert Ericson and Paul Schumacher, litigators at Keesal Young & Logan PC in Long Beach, joined Bingham McCutchen this month as partners in the firm's broker-dealer litigation practice group. The group addresses regulatory issues and legal disputes for brokers and dealers in the financial services industry. The additions come as a former of counsel attorney at Riordan & McKinzie jumped ship to join an Encino firm as a partner. Edwin Duncan joined Greenberg & Bass LLP's litigation practice and will focus on California's unfair business practices law, intellectual property, energy and Indian gaming. |
