In 1996, they developed their "BackRub" search engine, named after its unique page ranking method (explained below). Inc. <p>The StatCounter report is based on analysis of search engine use four days after the new search engine became available on June 1. The study found that while Google still dominates the U.S. search engine market with a 71.47% share, Bing holds 16.28% of the market and Yahoo is third at 10.22%.<p>Microsoft announced this week that it has added a separate domain to Bing just for pornographic por·nog·ra·phy n. 1.
