) announced today the promotion of Scott D. Teets to the position of Senior Counsel and the appointment of John C. Erickson John C. Erickson is the founder of Erickson Retirement Communities, Retirement Living TV, and the Erickson Tribune. He is also a notable philanthropist in and around the state of Maryland, with donations to UMBC, where he has various campus buildings named for him.  III to Senior Compliance Counsel.

Mr. Teets has held the position of Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Bindley Western since December 1, 1997. His responsibilities include matters involving real estate, SEC compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property, business contracts administration, and various projects for the Company's Board of Directors as Assistant Secretary. Mr. Erickson's primary role will be to oversee the Company's regulatory compliance program in the capacity of Chief Compliance Officer. He will also aid in the supervision of litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right. He began his career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable John Daniel Tinder of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana was created in 1928 by an act of Congress that split Indiana into two separate districts, northern and southern. . Mr. Erickson received his B.G.S. degree from the University of Michigan (body, education) University of Michigan - A large cosmopolitan university in the Midwest USA.
