The one day conference is being sponsored by The Critical Infrastructure Assurance Office of the U.S. Department of Commerce and organized by the Institute of Internal Auditors “IIA” redirects here. Established in 1941, The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is an international professional association of more than 128,000 members with global headquarters in

The purpose of the one-day summit is to address information security risk management and assurance. Attendance for the conference is limited to 100 attendees, including board of directors, CEOs, CIOs as well as partners of the leading top five CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000.  firms. Participants of the summit will be challenged to help carry the key messages forward about the need for improved information security risk management and assurance practices.
