The image came from "Bert Is Evil Bert is Evil is the name of a heavily mirrored web site, founded by Dino Ignacio, which featured Bert, a Muppet character on the American children's television program Sesame Street. ," a parody Web site featuring the yellow one as the mastermind behind history's villains. The site's creator, a 27-year-old San Francisco artist, took it off the Web after he saw the poster, saying, "I am honestly freaked out."
