VERO BEACH, Fla. -- Bimini Mortgage Management, Inc. (NYSE:BMM), a real estate investment trust that invests primarily in residential mortgage-related securities, today announced that it will provide an online Web simulcast of its year-end 2004 earnings conference call on February 1, 2005. The Company will release results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2004, after the close of market trading on January 31, 2005.

The live broadcast of Bimini Mortgage Management's conference call will begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on February 1, 2005. An online replay will be available approximately two hours following the conclusion of the live broadcast and will continue through March 1, 2005.
