Biltritefs computer integrated testing equipment tests every batch to ensure that the rubber compounds meet your stringent quality requirements and line call outs. With our combination of development and testing expertise Biltrite is able to work closely with the customers in developing and prototyping new products.

Biltrite Industries onsite lab facility is A2LA Laboratory Accredited (accredited since 1999). As such, Biltrite Industries can develop compounds to meet a variety of specifications and will also provide certification of compliance suitable for use when obtaining finished part approval. Our library of over a thousand proprietary formulas allows Biltrite Industries to provide you with a full range of technical compounding services the result of which produces compounds that are used in a wide range of applications worldwide. Biltrite Industries ISO9001 registration sets quality and consistency standards that allows our compounds to be used by a global client base.

In May 2005, Biltrite Industries completed its purchase of Hercules Rubber Company in Findlay Findlay (fĭn`lē, fĭnd`lē), city (1990 pop. 35,703), seat of Hancock co., NW Ohio, on the Blanchard River; inc. 1887. Petroleum products, tires, washing machines, heavy machinery, and plastic goods are among its many manufactures. Ohio. All production, technical and support staff have been maintained at the facility. The transition has gone very smoothly. Biltrite has hired back workers that were previously employed at Hercules custom mixing facility and have added another 20% to its work force in Findlay. The Toronto and Findlay plants compliment each other by working together to provide customers with the finest custom rubber mixing, compounding, calendering and extrusion services. Our technically trained staff provides fast, expert service to ensure you receive consistent product time after time.
