ACI Worldwide (Nasdaq:TSAI), a leading international provider of enterprise e-payment software, announces the licensing of its M-Statement(TM) electronic bill delivery and payment software to Billserv, Inc. (Nasdaq:BLLS), a leading electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) outsourced solution provider. Billserv will exclusively use M-Statement to power its new secure e-mail-based EBPP services.

M-Statement will enable Billserv to provide its clients the ability to deliver digitally signed, secure electronic documents directly to consumers via standard Internet e-mail. M-Statement supports the delivery of bill summary information or images of entire bills, complete with interactive links to information on new product and service offerings or links to Billserv's payment services and customer care Web sites. ACI's unique tracking and archival capabilities will allow Billserv to accurately track the status of each e-bill, including up-to-date details of when a message was submitted, relayed, delivered, viewed and acted upon. The ACI system uses the most advanced open-standards Internet features available and is scalable to handle high-volume e-bill delivery.
