Following this latest incident, Lynch could face a suspension from the NFL for violating the league's personal conduct policy. Neither the Bills nor the NFL made any immediate comment on the incident. According to a release issued by the Culver City Police Department, Lynch and two other men were seated in a 2006 Mercedes Benz when officers began a "field investigation" of the vehicle. After speaking with Lynch and the other two occupants, officers discovered the loaded firearm and "determined the gun belonged to Lynch," police said.
