Mortgage servicers who use Venture's E-Statement product can include an embedded E-Payment link that takes consumers directly to a BillMatrix-hosted website to complete transactions. Once authenticated, a consumer can make either a recurring payment or a one-time payment on his or her timetable, offering the ultimate combination of convenience and control.

If so, the system then assigns those funds to the mortgage servicer. When combined with an ACH/electronic check option, these expanded payment options offer a true competitive advantage to the mortgage servicer. BillMatrix took the first ATM/debit payments on behalf of a mortgage client in late 2003 and announced the initial success of the program last month.
