AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 19, 2001

nFusion, a sales and marketing solutions firm, today announced that Bill Parkes has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer.

He will be responsible for architecting and building out nFusion's technology capabilities, including customer relationship management (CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization. ), content management and marketing campaign management functions, to enhance sales and marketing system effectiveness.
