William Richards Bennett, PC, OBC, (born August 18, 1932 in Kelowna, British Columbia) was Premier of the Canadian province of British Columbia 1975–1986.
, host of the nationally syndicated Bill Bennett's MORNING IN AMERICA "Morning in America" is the common name of an effective political campaign television commercial formally titled "Prouder, Stronger, Better" and featuring the opening line "It's morning again in America." The ad was part of the 1984 U.S.  radio program, will deliver a nationwide "Commencement Address" on his program Friday, June 2nd. The first commencement address to be delivered nationwide, Bennett will offer his unique perspective on life to the largest potential audience of high school and college graduates -- as well as the general public -- ever reached through a single commencement address.
