As a young man, he emigrated to Zimbabwe, then known as Rhodesia, where he began his racing career. He earned a factory ride with Honda for the 1960 season. to the 250cc world championship in 1962, winning all nine races along the way. It will be ridden by Luigi Taveri, Switzerland's three-time 1,255cc world champion and winner of 30 Grand Prix races. F1 driver Jensen Button will drive his RA108 race car and Honda's British Touring Car Championship The British Touring Car Championship is a touring car racing series held each year in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Championship was established in 1958 as the British Saloon Car Championship activities will be represented by the 2000 Accord piloted by Tom Chilton and the 2007 Civic Type-R driven by Gordon Sheddon. |
