 BB:BIKRD) reported year end results for the period ending Dec. 31, 1997.

Revenue for the year increased 66 percent, to $14,924,987, compared with $8,996,659 for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 1996. Net losses increased 27 percent to $5,116,984 in 1997, from $4,030,168 in 1996. Losses per share were $2.54 in 1997 compared with $2.95 in 1996.

The growth in revenue was primarily due to the Motorcycle division, which was not a part of the company in 1996, and higher revenue from the Retail Stores division. The increase in net losses was due to the losses incurred from the Motorcycle division, offset by a decrease in losses from the Retail Store division.

The weighted average shares outstanding were 2,018,075 in 1997 compared with 1,364,818. As of Dec. 31, 1997, the company had approximately 2,538,845 common shares outstanding, and 3 and 1,296,299 Series A Preferred and Series B Preferred shares Preferred shares
